In Spring 2025, Career Soft Solutions, a successful India-based IT staffing firm, began expanding into the U.S. market. CSS brought in fractional CRO Kerry Padrick to lead the initiative, but launching a new business unit in an unfamiliar and highly competitive market required more than strategy and high-level oversight.
